VIN (Vehicle identification number) – уникальный идентификационный номер автомобиля, в котором
зашифрована полная информация о его технических характеристиках, годе производства,
производителе и т.д. Этот код состоит из 17 символов, которые структурированы на 3 части –
всемирный индекс изготовителя (WMI), описательная (VDS) и отличительная (VIS) части. Неопытные
автовладельцы часто задаются вопросом о том, как узнать VIN автомобиля или где его найти. В

Где найти ВИН-код машины?

Прежде всего, стоит знать, что идентификационный номер в обязательном порядке отражается в
документах на транспортное средство (ТС):

Это самый простой способ. Но если вы решили купить подержанную машину, а продавец под каким-то
предлогом не хочет говорить вам VIN, его вы можете посмотреть и самостоятельно при осмотре ТС.
Также стоит сразу обозначить, что сокрытие ВИН-кода может свидетельствовать о наличии скрытых
проблем (авто с ограничениями, в залоге или вообще с криминальной историей). Поэтому будьте

Где находится VIN-код в автомобиле?

Как правило, идентификационный номер выбит на специальной номерной табличке (шильдике), которая
крепится заклепками к неразъемным составляющим кузова. Традиционные места расположения ВИН-кода:

Левая верхняя часть инструментальной панели (хорошо просматривается через лобовое стекло) –
встречается на современных моделях.
Передняя левая стойка кузова.
На американских авто VIN, чаще всего, находится на торпедо с водительской стороны (место
примыкания лобового стекла и капота) и дублируется на шильдике в проеме двери.
Под капотом – ГБЦ или сам блок цилиндров, перегородка между салоном и мотором.
Под обивкой пола около водительского сиденья.
На машинах с рамной конструкцией код часто расположен на лонжеронах.

Дублирование кода в разных местах производители выполняют для того, чтобы покупатель смог без
особых усилий и привлечения посторонних лиц идентифицировать транспортное средство и
минимизировать риск приобретения краденного авто.

Также следует знать, что идентификационный номер практически всегда располагается в
труднодоступных местах, чтобы минимизировать возможность его перебивки. Поэтому если вы
подбираете себе авто, тщательно осмотрите все места, где нанесен ВИН, и сравните идентичность
кодов. Особое внимание уделите участкам кузова, где закреплен шильдик – номерную табличку на

A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is like your car’s fingerprint. Every car should have a unique number that can be used to identify it. Check for the VIN at various places on the car. You can also find the VIN on many car documents, such as the title or registration. Because thieves will tamper with the VIN label, you should carefully inspect it before buying a used car.

Things You Should Know

Check the dashboard, front car frame, spare tire, driver-side door, rear tire well, and engine block for a printed VIN.

Во время просмотра автомобильных объявлений, когда Вам попадается интересный экземпляр, хочется узнать побольше об интересующем Вас автомобиле.

VIN в объявлениях публикуют очень редко. Можно, конечно, связаться с продавцом и спросить ВИН у него, но не все захотят сообщать такую информацию, да и оперативно связаться с продавцом не всегда возможно. А вот гос. номер на фотографиях виден гораздо чаще.

В этой заметке я покажу Вам два простых и бесплатных способа как узнать вин код автомобиля по государственному номеру. Оба варианта рассмотрим на примере гос. номера, который я нашел на фотографии из архива объявлений дром.ру. Но вначале давайте узнаем, что такое ВИН код и зачем он нужен.

Что такое VIN код?

VIN код (Vehicle Identification Number) – это уникальный 17-символьный идентификационный номер транспортного средства. Идентификационные номера наносятся на неразъёмных частях кузова или шасси и на специальных номерных табличках, которые крепятся к кузову (чаще всего под капотом). В большинстве случаев вин код наносится в несколько мест и дублируется на панели под стеклом.

Из ВИН кода можно узнать информацию о годе выпуска, стране производства, конкретном заводе производителе, комплектации автомобиля. Эта информация закодирована в первых семи цифрах. Остальные 10, в большинстве случаев, являются порядковым номером машины.

Что можно узнать по VIN коду?

Помимо базовой информации о марке автомобиля, годе выпуска и т.д., можно узнать цвет кузова и установленное дополнительное оснащение (комплектацию). Эта информация есть во внутренних базах данных автопроизводителей, многие из которых находятся в открытом доступе на официальных сайтах соответствующих марок.

Но мы живем в век развития цифровых технологий и можем воспользоваться открытыми источниками данных для получения более необходимой информации. Например, на официальном сайте ГИБДД по VIN коду можно узнать историю регистрации автомобиля, т.е. узнать количество собственников (также там видно принадлежал автомобиль частнику или был зарегистрирован на юридическое лицо). Зная ВИН или номер кузова, можно проверить машину на участие в ДТП (база данных по дорожно-транспортным происшествиям ведется с 1 января 2015 года), причем Вы узнаете дату, время и место происшествия, а также характер повреждений (в описании указывается тип ДТП: столкновение, наезд на стоящее транспортное средство, опрокидывание и т.д.) Еще очень полезно проверить автомобиль на запрет регистрационных действий и нахождение автомобиля в розыске. Эту информацию также можно бесплатно узнать на сайте ГИБДД.

Как узнать VIN код по гос. номеру (вариант 1)?

Первым делом давайте воспользуемся информацией из Единой Автоматизированной Информационной Системы Технического Осмотра (ЕАИСТО). При прохождении «техосмотра» в диагностическую карту заносятся данные об автомобиле — государственный номер и VIN. Эта информация попадает в базу данных и мы можем, зная один из этих номеров, узнать другой.

1. Заходим на сайт https://eaisto.info/ и вбиваем гос. номер в соответствующее поле. Также вводим защитный код и нажимаем кнопку «Проверить»

2. Если информация будет найдена, то отобразится таблица с данными: соответствие VIN кода или номера кузова, гос. номера и номера диагностической карты.

Как узнать VIN код по гос. номеру (вариант 2)?

Более длинный путь — воспользоваться сайтом Российского Союза Автостраховщиков (РСА), куда попадает информация обо всех заключенных полисах ОСАГО, в которых, также как и в бланках техосмотра, есть данные о VIN коде (или номер кузова для автомобилей, у которых нет ВИНа) и государственном номере.

1. Заходим по адресу https://dkbm-web.autoins.ru/dkbm-web-1.0/policyInfo.htm и вбиваем гос. номер в соответствующее поле, а также выбираем дату, на которую хотим найти действующий полис ОСАГО. Ставим галочку «Я не робот» и нажимаем «Поиск». Если с первого раза ничего не будет найдено, то попробуйте выбирать разные даты — возможно в выбранное число не было действительных полисов на данный номер автомобиля.

2. Если данные будут найдены, то появится табличка с информацией о действующих полисах ОСАГО на выбранную дату. В табличке есть серия и номер полиса, которые надо запомнить.

3. Переходим на страничку https://dkbm-web.autoins.ru/dkbm-web-1.0/osagovehicle.htm и вписываем, полученные на предыдущем шаге данные (серию и номер полиса ОСАГО, а также дату, на которую хотим получить сведения). Также подтверждаем код безопасности и нажимаем «Поиск».

4. При успешном поиске Вы увидите сведения о застрахованном транспортном средстве, включающие в себя искомый VIN код.

Заключение

Мы с Вами рассмотрели 2 варианта получения VIN кода автомобиля, зная его государственный регистрационный номер. Оба варианта дали нам ответ, но бывает так, что срабатывает только один из них, поэтому надо знать оба, чтобы иметь больше возможностей получить необходимые данные. Правда случается и так, что ни один из предложенных вариантов не дает результатов, но тут уже надо задуматься «Почему?» — ведь если у автомобиля нет диагностической карты и полиса ОСАГО, то на это должны быть причины.

Теперь, зная VIN, можно произвести его проверку, чтобы узнать больше о выбранном автомобиле. Для проверки можно использовать как открытые и бесплатные источники информации, так и платные, дающие более подробные сведения.
